Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team

Q:  If I am not satisfied with my mental health service provider who can I call?


A:  Most issues can be solved directly with your provider.  Don’t be afraid to speak up.  If your complaint does not get the attention you desire and you live in Lehigh or Northampton County you can call Magellan Behavioral Health directly at  1-866-780-3368 Or call us at 610-861-2741.

Certified Peer Support

Q:  Can I get a CPS if I have private insurance?


A:  At this time we are only able to provide CPS services to individuals with Magellan Behavioral Health as their insurance provider.


Q:  Can I self-refer for Community-based CPS services?


A:  Yes.  Anyone with a qualifying diagnosis can self-refer as long as you have a recommendation form signed by a practitioner of the healing arts.  These form can be found under the “Forms and Publications” tab.


Note:  A practitioner of the healing arts consists of either a physician, licensed psychologist, CRNP (certified registered nurse practitioner) or physician’s assistant.

Reflection - 24 hour Peer Support

Q: When can individuals be referred?

A:  Individuals may be referred Monday Through Friday from 8:30AM to 4:30PM.



Q:  Do I need a referral to come to Reflections?

A:  Yes, Individuals may also self-refer.  Give us a call and assistance will be provided.


Q:  What should I bring?

A:  Guests are expected to bring 3 days of clothes, toiletries, food and drink for personal consumption, and any medications.


Q:  Are pets allowed?

A:  Yes. Guests are permitted to bring pets for support.  Certain guidelines will apply.


Q.  May I leave and come back during the course of the day?

A:  Yes. However, certain guidelines need to be followed.


Q:  May I have visitors and are there set visiting hours?

A:  Guests are welcome to have visitors between the hours of 8:00AM and 8PM.
